I am optimistic and proactive in personality, and serious and responsible in work. In teaching, I constantly summarize, reflect, and pursue lifelong learning. Adhering to a student-centered approach, I respect and care for students, stimulate their initiative, enhance their learning interest, guide them to think independently, and explore knowledge collaboratively with them. I serve as a listener, guide, and above all, a facilitator in students' learning journey. I am willing to assist each other and grow together with students.
