Cool Mango Credits serve as a reference standard for measuring the contribution level of Cool Mango teachers and students. They can be obtained through registration, using a referral code, uploading courses, giving/taking classes, posting in the forum, asking or answering questions, and other activities.

What Is Cool Mango Learning Coins?

Cool Mango Learning Coins are a type of virtual currency required for enrolling in courses on Cool Mango. Learning Coins can be purchased in the "I Want to Recharge" section of the Personal Management Platform, or obtained through Cool Mango events.

What Is Cool Mango Level?

Cool Mango Level reflects a teacher's or student's credits, capabilities, and contributions. It is divided into three Mango Levels: Green Mango, Yellow Mango, and Red Mango. Each Mango Level consists of three sub-levels, totaling nine levels (see the Level and Creditss Conversion Table for details).

What Is Cool Mango Referral Code?

Each registered account is assigned a unique referral code (i.e., the username). When you share this referral code with friends (unlimited number of friends), and a friend registers using your referral code, both you and your friend will receive the corresponding credits as a reward.

How Students Can Obtain Credits

1. Students receive 100 credits upon registration.

2. Students earn credits corresponding to their recharge amount. For example:

• Recharge 125 Euro → 100 credits

• Recharge 250 Euro → 200 credits   

• And so on.

3. For each paid recorded course a student orders (calculated as one session per 50 minutes), the student earns 10 credits.

4. For each paid live course a student purchases (calculated as one session per 50 minutes), the student earns 10 credits.

5. When a student posts in the forum:

• 5 credits per post

• 5 credits per question asked

• 5 credits per accepted answer

Note: Each student can post a maximum of 5 posts and ask 5 questions per day. Questions must be relevant to the forum theme, and answers must be relevant to the questions. Cool Mango administrators reserve the right to delete non-compliant questions/answers and impose penalties if necessary.

How Students Can Obtain Learning Coins

1. Students can recharge to get corresponding Learning Coins in the "I Want to Recharge" section of the Personal Management Platform. The recharge ratio is as follows:

• 125 Euro = 1,000 Learning Coins

• 250 Euro = 2,100 Learning Coins

• 500 Euro = 4,400 Learning Coins

• 1000 Euro = 9,200 Learning Coins

• 2000 Euro = 19,200 Learning Coins

• 4000 Euro = 40,000 Learning Coins

• 8000 Euro = 80,000 Learning Coins (with 5% discount on all courses)

• 16000 Euro = 160,000 Learning Coins (with 10% discount on all courses)

2. If a student makes their first recharge and has a referrer, the referrer will receive a Learning Coin reward equal to 5% of the recharge amount. For example:

• Recharge 125 Euro → Referrer gets 50 Learning Coins

• Recharge 250 Euro → Referrer gets 100 Learning Coins

• Recharge 500 Euro → Referrer gets 200 Learning Coins

  And so on.

Reward amounts for authorized marketing agents can be redeemed as salary; other referral rewards can only be used to purchase courses.

Student Level Discounts

• Green Mango (100–5,999 credits): No discount on course enrollment.

• Yellow Mango (6,000–11,999 credits): 5% discount on course enrollment.

• Red Mango (12,000 credits and above): 10% discount on course enrollment.

How can students get learning coins?

1. Students can get the learning coins in their personal management platform (Recharge management)

2. If a student recharges for the first time and has a referrer. The referrer and the student can get 5% of the amount recharged. For example, recharging 300 EURO can receive 30 EURO bonus (15 EURO for the referrer and 15 EURO for the student). Note : the bonus will be the corresponding learning coins.

What is Cool Mango Referral Code?

Each registered user has a Referral Code (i.e. user name). If other users fill in the blank of Referral Code with your user name when they register, you both will receive the corresponding credits reward (50 credits / each user).

What are the benefits of referral code?

If a teacher uses referral code when registering, the teacher and the referrer can get 50 credits bonus respectively.

If a student uses referral code when registering, the student and the referrer can get 50 credits bonus respectively.

Guarantee Introduction:

1. Seven days Money Back Guarantee only applies for the first recharge of a user.

2. If a user chooses to use 7-days Money Back Guarantee, the corresponding credits and learning coins will be fully retrieved.

3. A user cannot get the refund for the course which has been already signed up, only the remaining can be refunded.
